Following Documents are required for  Salaried + Self Employed cases

 

Requirement List For Identification :Applicant & Co Applicant

 

1 - Adhar Card

2 - PAN Card

3 - Passport size photo

4 - Address proof / if Self owned utility Bill or rent Agreement

5 - 1 Year Bank statement PDF format if client have current account then please attach current account statement also

6 - ITR 3 years / Salary slips 3 months / 2 years form 16

7 - GST / Udyog Adhar / office address proof

8 – Agency Licence, dealership agreement, shop Agreement As such we’ll required these documents and excel sheet of personal details to be filled by client if any document requirement arise we’ll update

4 - share Certificate

16 - plan copy

17 - stamp duties paid receipts

18 - society NOCif property not purchased yet

or in case of builder purchase Draft agreement
